Contract and Consumer Law
The fact that you are entitled to sue someone, and may even have a good legal case, does not necessarily make court action a good idea. Indeed, in many cases, it is a very bad idea.
Court cases are expensive, lengthy and only rarely will either party emerge from the process feeling good about themselves or about what has just happened. For this reason we try to promote practical and commercial alternatives to settling disputes.
Litigation really should be the last resort and often you can get free or low-cost advice elsewhere about how to solve a dispute. Think carefully before involving a lawyer. (Oh dear, that's probably not the thing for us to say when we're trying to advertise ourselves...).
