We regularly advise employees and employers on matters such as employment contracts, compromise agreements, tribunal claims and other work-related issues.

It is actually quite an interesting area of the law as it is constantly developing and so keeps us on our toes. (On his toes, Chappell rises to 6 foot 6 inches...).

Some areas of employment law make our heads hurt, however, for example the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations, although this seems to be quite a common complaint.
